The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location. • Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks on light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Represent the company with pride, providing advice and exceptional service on every customer visit. • Work autonomously, thinking on your feet to make the right decisions for each customer and situation. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working on a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
