We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong nCino platform expertise for a remote engagement
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions with focus on nCino banking/lending platform
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Configure and customize nCino modules (loan origination, workflows, entities)
Integrate Salesforce/nCino with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Lead code reviews, unit testing, and support UAT/deployment activities
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Mentor junior developers and guide technical design decisions
Required Skills:
10+ years of Salesforce development experience
Hands-on experience with nCino (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce architecture
Experience in Financial Services/Banking domain preferred
Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, Platform App Builder) a plus
Prior experience in solutioning/architecture discussions preferred
Good communication skills for remote collaboration
