The Role • Conduct Fit/Gap analyses based on standard requirements and create concepts for new quality requirements. • Develop quality assurance measures and define quality standards. • Analyze, evaluate, and further develop business processes, including content coordination with other group subsidiaries. • Oversee the coordination and implementation of quality assurance measures for the management system, initiating corrective actions as needed. • Independently participate in internal and external projects and develop new activities for the management system. What You'll Need • Successfully completed university degree (FH or University). • Several years of experience in quality management, ideally with additional qualification as a TÜV or DGQ auditor. • Professional competencies in quality management methods and tools, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN9100. • Know-how in project management, process understanding, and process optimization. • Proficient in common MS Office applications; Confluence knowledge is desirable. • Analytical skills considering complex legal and corporate regulations. • Excellent German and English communication skills both spoken and written; French skills are a plus.
