- Unterstützung bei unternehmensweiten Strategie- und Transformationsprojekten von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung
- Erstellung von Analysen, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Nachverfolgung bereichsübergreifender Projekte, Maßnahmen und offener Themen
- Strukturierung und Pflege von Projektunterlagen sowie Vorbereitung von Meetings und Statusupdates
- Unterstützung beim Projekt-Reporting und bei der Analyse relevanter KPIs
Arbeitszeit: 8 - 15 Std./Woche flexibel vereinbar; Mobile Office nach Absprache möglich
- Studium in einem für die Position relevanten Studiengang
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte in Schaubildern ebenengerecht darzustellen
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum analytischen Denken
- Optimalerweise erste Berührungspunkte im Bereich der Strategiearbeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Kommunikationsstärke & Teamfähigkeit
