D365 Engineer - Motion Industrial Chullora

D365 Lead Engineer / Architect Motion is looking for a D365 Lead Engineer / Architect to lead the design, governance and technical direction of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment across APAC. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring our D365 ecosystem is scalable, secure and fit for the future. You'll work across architecture, integrations, cloud services, data and enterprise applications while providing technical leadership to internal teams and delivery partners.

What you'll do

• Own the architecture, technical roadmap and engineering standards for Dynamics 365 and connected technologies.
• Lead solution design across D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations and related platforms.
• Define and govern integration patterns across Azure, MDM, EDI, analytics and third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership across cloud, applications, data, security and platform architecture.
• Drive environment, release and DevOps strategies, ensuring reliable and scalable platform delivery.
• Lead major technical decisions, architecture reviews and risk assessments.
• Mentor and develop engineering capability, including leadership of the Azure Integration Developer.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams and vendors to deliver enterprise-wide solutions.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications or technical leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong experience designing enterprise integrations using Azure services and modern architecture patterns.
• Experience leading complex ERP implementations, transformations or separation programs.
• Strong understanding of data, integration, security, cloud and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers and managing delivery partners.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and decisions to both business and technical stakeholders.
