The Product Manager for Recruiting will oversee the development and optimization of recruiting platforms and tools at Pierce Technology Corp. This role involves collaborating with HR, engineering, and design teams to create innovative solutions that enhance the recruitment process, improve candidate experience, and streamline hiring workflows. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Development:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for recruiting platforms and related tools.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on stakeholder input and market research.
- Ensure products meet the needs of HR teams and hiring managers while enhancing candidate experience.
- Partner with HR, engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality recruiting solutions.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among teams to ensure timely delivery and product usability.
- Engage with internal users and stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve recruiting products.
- Conduct user training sessions and product demonstrations as needed.
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance against goals.
- Analyze user data and feedback to drive product enhancements and optimize workflows.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with recruiting, HR technology, or related software products.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and challenges.
- Proven ability to define and implement effective product strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing product lifecycles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and improvements.
- Basic asset management knowledge.
- Understanding of risk and controls is a plus.
- Experience within PMO structure.
- Strong PowerPoint/deck creation skills.
- Highly client-facing, engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to drive conversations and manage expectations.
- 8-10+ years of experience.
