London | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home) | Up to £80,000 + Benefits

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to join a high-performing and evolving business at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to partner with senior leaders, shape organisational change, influence strategic decisions and help create an environment where people and business performance thrive.

Reporting to the Group People Director, you will act as a trusted adviser to leaders across the organisation, balancing strategic people initiatives with hands-on partnering support. You will play a key role in driving organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement and change programmes while ensuring day-to-day people matters are managed with pragmatism, fairness and sound judgement.

As Senior People Partner, you will:

• Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, gaining a deep understanding of business priorities, challenges and objectives.
• Develop and deliver people plans that support organisational strategy and business transformation.
• Use data, insight and employee feedback to identify trends and inform decisions around performance, capability, engagement and retention.
• Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, accountability and decision-making.
• Lead and support organisational design projects, restructures and change initiatives from planning through to implementation.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess the people impact of business transformation and ensure sustainable change adoption.
• Support the continuous improvement of the employee experience, helping to shape initiatives that strengthen engagement and culture.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, balancing commercial considerations with employee experience and legal compliance.
• Work collaboratively across the People function to deliver a joined-up and consistent service to the business.
• Support and develop more junior members of the People team.

About You

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a practical and hands-on approach.

You'll bring:

• Significant experience in a Senior HR Business Partner, People Partner or equivalent role.
• A proven track record of partnering senior leaders within fast-paced, changing organisations.
• Strong organisational design, restructuring and change management experience.
• Extensive employee relations expertise, including managing complex and sensitive cases.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
• Experience using people data and insight to influence business decisions.
• The confidence to coach, challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful people strategies.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
