Job Title:Salesforce Technical Architect

Overview / Summary

The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions while ensuring system performance, security, and integration with other systems. This role collaborates with business stakeholders, project managers, clients, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, provide technical leadership, and stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs using Salesforce best practices.
  • Lead the implementation of complex Salesforce projects, including custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Ensure Salesforce system performance, security, and compliance with applicable standards.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and identify opportunities for system improvements and innovation.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, coding standards, and project plans.
  • Communicate with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver Salesforce solutions.
  • Mentor team members by sharing technical expertise and Salesforce best practices.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • In-depth expertise with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce applications.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce technical design and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce programming languages, including Apex and Visualforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce data modeling and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Understanding of business processes and the application of technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Application Architect, Platform Developer I, and Sales Cloud Consultant, are preferred.
