Job Description
Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a part time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Sigma Health Rehab is premier provider of innovative rehabilitation services. At Sigma Health Rehab, we believe in the power of rehabilitation to transform lives. Administer Speech Therapy evaluations & examinations to diagnose residents & develop treatment plans.
Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing. Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to a team effort.
SLP Requirements Include
A graduate of an accredited SLP Program
Current New York State SLP License
~ Current evidence-based practices consistent with the standards and recommendations of the American Speech-Language- Hearing Association
