Full Stack Developer
Location: Des Moines, Iowa (On-site)
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and document software solutions. This role supports the organization's business strategy and technology vision while working with the Facets Enterprise Services team. You will ensure that completed activities meet project specifications and company standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software solutions.
• Ensure completed activities adhere to project specifications, requirements, and standards.
• Establish and build working relationships with technology and business units.
• Collaborate with other technology areas to improve the user experience and meet accessibility or usability criteria.
• Participate in determining technology alternatives and solutions, and assist with system integration.
• Translate architectural design into an implementable code solution.
• Optimize API performance for scalable solutions.
• Review code and provide sound recommendations for junior developers.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 6 - 10 years
Technical Skills:

• AWS Environment Development Experience.
• Experience with NODE, Glue, Lambda, and Rest services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an Agile team environment.
• Experience partnering with global staffing vendors.
