Product Manager

Location: 100% remote in US, CST Core Hours

About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to own our HRA platform end-to-end  from the member-facing portal to the roadmap behind it. You’ll work directly with our US and offshore engineering team and partner closely with engineering leadership to define what we build and why. This is a broad-ownership role: product line, execution, and stakeholder alignment all run through you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product roadmap for the Company’s HRA platform, including prioritization and release planning
• Gather requirements from clients, members, and internal stakeholders and translate them into clear specs and user stories
• Drive day-to-day product execution with US and offshore engineering teams
• Partner with engineering leadership on platform strategy for our cloud-native stack (React, AWS)
• Measure outcomes and iterate use member and client feedback to shape what ships next

Requirements: 

• Product management experience in SaaS; HealthTech, benefits, or HRA domain experience a plus
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams
• Strong roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth, PE-backed environment
• Seniority is flexible, we’re open to strong earlier-career PMs ready to step up into broad ownership
