Location: Central London, Greater London - United Kingdom Type: Permanent

An established technology consultancy is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Transformation Manager to join its growing Cyber Security practice. This role offers the opportunity to work with major public and private sector organisations, helping them develop cyber strategies, manage cyber risk and deliver secure digital transformation programmes.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, security teams and delivery partners, the successful candidate will provide strategic cyber security advice, improve cyber maturity and support organisations in meeting regulatory and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop cyber security strategies and transformation roadmaps.
  • Advise clients on cyber risk, governance and security architecture.
  • Deliver cyber maturity assessments and regulatory compliance programmes.
  • Support security transformation aligned to business objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend pragmatic security improvements.
  • Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposals and business development.
  • Lead workshops, mentor team members and communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
Skills & Experience

Applicants should have experience in several of the following:
  • Cyber strategy, cyber risk and cyber transformation
  • Security architecture and governance
  • Cyber GRC and regulatory compliance
  • Cyber maturity assessments
  • Security reviews and risk management
  • Public sector, defence, financial services or enterprise environments
  • Agile and Waterfall project delivery
  • Client-facing consulting and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NCSC CAF, GDPR and NIS2 is essential.
Desirable
  • Experience across cloud security, vulnerability management, threat management or IAM.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, M.Inst.ISP or equivalent.
  • Eligibility to obtain or currently hold UK Security Clearance (SC).
