We are looking for a PM to drive the Figma Pattern Library (FPL), our internal design system, and to enable our internal teams on cutting edge prototyping and product development workflows.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area in alignment with company goals and user needs
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, balancing technical feasibility, design excellence, and business impact
- Collaborate deeply with Design, Engineering, and Product Leadership on both strategy and execution
- Prioritize opportunities based on user insights, data, and business objectives, adapting quickly to evolving needs and signals
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and identify areas for differentiation and growth
- Apply emerging technologies (e.g. LLMs) where they can meaningfully improve user experience and outcomes
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Led significant strategic initiatives across highly complex, ambiguous, and scaled products
- 3+ years as a full-time Product Manager, with additional background in software development (design or engineering)
- Shipped high-quality software that improved user efficiency and delivered measurable business results
- Conducted customer research to deeply understand user needs and uncover actionable insights
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Worked on product redesigns, information architecture, or content hierarchy
- Built products within multi-product environments
- Expertise in design tooling or a background as a Designer
- Shipped products across mobile and desktop platforms
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
