The Role

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of customer-facing work experience OR an Associate's Degree and minimum 1 year of customer-facing work experience OR a Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to build trust and drive sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
