Overview

We're looking for a Delivery Lead (Digital, CX & CRM) to lead the successful delivery of major digital, customer experience and CRM programs across key client accounts. This role oversees complex digital, CRM and experience-led projects while acting as a strategic delivery partner to senior clients and internal teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior delivery professional who can bring together strategy, creativity, technology and operational excellence to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the delivery of complex digital, CRM, content, customer experience and always on marketing programs across major accounts.
• Building trusted relationships with senior clients and becoming a key advisor on delivery strategy, planning and execution.
• Partnering with Client Service, Creative, Technology and Intelligence teams to bring briefs to life and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Managing scope, budgets, forecasting, resourcing and profitability while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
• Leading workshops, discovery sessions and planning activities that create clarity, alignment and momentum.
• Coaching Digital Producers and delivery team members while driving continuous improvement and AI enabled ways of working.

Qualifications About You

We welcome candidates from diverse career paths and experiences.You will likely bring:

• 7+ years' experience leading digital delivery, CRM delivery, customer experience or program delivery initiatives.
• Experience managing complex programs across multiple disciplines including creative, strategy, technology and data.
• Strong commercial ownership across budgets, forecasting, resource management and profitability.
• Proven success delivering large scale digital programs and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, Workbook or similar platforms.
• A passion for mentoring teams, improving delivery capability and driving innovation.
