Job Description

MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE OR HIGHER DUE TO FEDERAL PROJECT

  • Lead the overall ServiceNow solution architecture and technical design for federal client implementations and modernization initiatives.

  • Translate business and federal agency requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

  • Design and govern solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, Service Portal, and custom applications as required.

  • Define platform architecture, integrations, data models, workflows, APIs, and automation strategies.

  • Ensure solutions align with federal security, compliance, accessibility, and governance requirements.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow developers, administrators, business analysts, and integration teams.

  • Establish architecture standards, design patterns, development guidelines, and platform governance practices.

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, program leadership, and vendors to evaluate technical options and resolve architectural challenges.

  • Review solution designs, technical deliverables, and implementations to ensure quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Support roadmap planning, platform upgrades, technical assessments, and continuous ServiceNow capability improvements.
