Sales Representative - Alarm Systems | Avon Lake, OH, United States | Hybrid

The Role

  • Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area or designated locations.
  • Develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive all sales activities within the region and specified metropolitan areas and branches.
  • Recruit, select, train, and coach sales professionals to achieve team objectives.
  • Contribute regional sales information to strategic planning and reviews.
  • Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances.
  • Establish sales objectives and quotas for districts aligned with national goals.
  • Expand and maintain the customer base by fostering strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

What You'll Need

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Proven track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
  • Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
  • At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in high sales quota attainment.
  • Proficient with PC applications, including spreadsheet and presentation software.
