  • Support recruitment activities across multiple sites, including job advertising, reviewing applications, recruitment campaigns and organising recruitment events.

  • Review and update job descriptions, HR policies and procedures as required.

  • Oversee Occupational Health referrals and support the delivery of workplace health assessments.

  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, absence management, employee relations and general HR queries.

  • Support apprenticeships, work experience placements and other learning and development initiatives.

  • Oversee time and attendance processes and ensure payroll information is accurate before payslips are issued.

  • Lead the implementation of a new HR and Time & Attendance system.

  • Provide generalist HR support across multiple UK sites, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal procedures.

  • Maintain health, safety and welfare standards within your area of responsibility.

About You

  • Previous people management or supervisory experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

  • A proactive approach, with the ability to use initiative and work effectively within a small team.
