Hiring RBT's (Registered Behavior Technician)
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Join Our Mission at Great Strides ABA: Seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Our program is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated and compassionate team members to be part of our mission!

What You'll Do:
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
supervision across home, school, and center-based
settings - Collect accurate session data and enter
documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
session - Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
intervention plans (BIPs) - Participate in the 7-day & 30-day new hire check-in
process - Maintain professional communication with families
and report observations to supervising BCBA
What You’ll Need:
- Required: High School Diploma
- Required: RBT Certification
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
- Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
