Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months -Contract
Status: Open / Immediate Backfill

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Coupa Consultant / Lead Consultant to implement, configure, integrate, and optimize Coupa solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and integration experience across Coupa modules and be comfortable working with both clients and technical teams.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong experience as a Coupa Functional Consultant.
  • Hands-on expertise in Coupa P2P, Invoice Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Expense Management.
  • Experience configuring workflows, procurement types, policies, and integrations.
  • Strong integration experience with ERP and third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of APIs, OAuth2, cXML, SFTP, web services, and middleware.
  • Experience with requirements analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working in Onsite/Offshore delivery models.
  • Ability to provide Coupa best practices and mentor consulting team members.
  • Coupa Technical Architect certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Coupa technical/functional design and implementation activities.
  • Customize and optimize Coupa solutions based on business requirements.
  • Design integrations between Coupa, ERP, and third-party systems.
  • Prepare capability assessments and solution/proposal presentations.
  • Support project planning, team coordination, and delivery activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
