Principal Business Systems Analyst / Oracle

This client is a renewable energy company located near Ayer, Massachusetts looking to bring on a Principal Business Systems Analyst for a full-time opportunity. This organization focuses on integrating renewable energy sources while ensuring the reliability and quality of infrastructure. This role is 3 days onsite per week.

In this role you will be working closely with the financial teams to evaluate and plan SaaS platforms, while also taking on a high level of ownership over Oracle EBS R12 Financials. This is a leadership focused position where you will help drive strategy, systems optimization, and cross functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 + years of experience using Oracle (EBS R12 required)
• Strong background in project management
• Experience in a SOX controlled environment
• Understanding of GAAP principles
• Hands-on knowledge of financial processes including AP, GL, AR, and FA.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with financial reporting and data tools
• Project Management Certifications
