We''re seeking a Software Safety Engineer to join a high-performing Safety & Mission Assurance team, helping deliver innovative, safety-critical technologies in a complex engineering environment.

What You''ll Do

• Conduct software safety, hazard, and criticality analyses.
• Develop and manage software safety requirements.
• Partner with systems, software, and design teams to integrate safety into product development.
• Review safety-critical software documentation and source code.
• Prepare safety reports, support reviews, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

What You''ll Bring

• Bachelor''s degree in Software, Computer, or Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of software safety experience in a safety-critical environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Eligible to obtain Reliability Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance.
