EHS & Facilities Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EHS programs and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
• Maintain OSHA logs, SDS, training, and compliance records.
• Manage LOTO, PPE, HazCom, emergency plans, and safety training.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor HVAC, lighting, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance, permits, waste disposal, and facility projects.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of EHS/facilities experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
