We're hiring for an impact-driven community that transforms the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs in your local area. We work with schools and local authorities to provide vital support, enabling disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners to thrive.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils and students from KS1 - KS5 by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with students including those with MLD, SLD, and PMLD, and other Additional Educational Needs.
• Contribute to our mission of raising the standard of education for young people with SEND.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS check (we can facilitate this).
• Two professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
