Application Developer Analyst II

Duties: Responsible for coding, testing, analysis, design, definition, development and implementation of business applications within FM Global's Information Services department. Understand FM Global's business goals and develop solutions that are aligned with those goals. In conjunction with senior members of the team, prepare technical specifications and participate in design reviews. Create and review documentation at appropriate level to allow for maintenance and extension of the application. Provide input for estimates and timeframes for requirements and tasks. Participate on various sized business application development/enhancement solutions. Develop technical expertise needed to provide support for systems of varying levels of complexity. Participate in testing and debugging of overall system as required. Support implementation of applications into production and post-production. Interfaces with IT colleagues and other stakeholders to evaluate defined business requirements and processes.
