Job Tittle:  Identity and Access Management Architect

Location: Hybrid onsite in Stratford, CT (Would consider full remote but prefer Hybrid)

Direct Hire

Top Requirements:

• SailPoint IIQ
• IAM best practices and strengthening on premise environments
• Healthcare experience

Secondary Skillsets:

• MS purview and compliance tools 
• Azure AD – EntraID 
• Duo-MFA
• PAM: Delinea

Environment:

• SailPoint IIQ: 10+ years of maturity in their environment
• All on prem, not in the cloud 
• Translating architecture into plan and process 
• Automating and streamlining process
• Log ins, role provisioning, account pain points and road mapping complex remediation
• Highest level of ticket (if needed), but will want this person to be able to be a technical driver

Background: 

• 10+ relative years; senior engineering into architecture and road mapping in current role
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification – would put FTEs through the certification and pay for it if they don’t have it already
• Bachelors Degree; “should have” but won’t hold up the hire
