Java Developer with Concurrency and WebSockets

Hybrid in Boston, MA - Keep it three times a week  

Experience with Spring, SpringBoot and building REST APIs
• Exposure to WebSockets and performance testing (e.g., JMeter) is a plus
• Hands-on experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex)
• Ability to use AI tools effectively for coding, debugging, and problem-solving
• Interest in or exposure to AI-driven / agentic workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills, including breaking down work into AI-augmentable tasks

MUST Have - Solid hands on with Core java and extensive understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and high-performance systems, low latency multithreading development, Socket Latency; network programing and strong hands-on with low level architecture and how the systems operate
