Job Description

Hi Professionals,

Data Governance – Snowflake RBAC(Remote)

Role: Data Governance professional responsible for managing the end-to-end stakeholder process for creating and maintaining purpose-based roles in Snowflake, ensuring secure, governed, and least-privilege data access.

Key Responsibilities

Gather stakeholder requirements and understand data access needs.
Document business use cases and required data.
Assess existing Snowflake RBAC roles and determine whether to reuse, modify, or create new roles.
Design roles based on data governance and least-privilege principles.
Implement and configure roles in collaboration with relevant teams.
Perform access testing and validation before deployment.
Ensure permissions meet business requirements without exceeding the approved scope.

Required Experience & Skills

8–12 years of experience.
Strong experience with Snowflake RBAC.
Data governance and access-control knowledge.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
Technical certifications across multiple technologies are desirable.

Education

BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc in Engineering or a related field.
