As a Nursery Room Leader, you'll:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional childcare.

  • Plan exciting learning experiences through our Bee Curious curriculum.

  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children thrive.

  • Support and celebrate children's development and achievements.

  • Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

  • Act as a Key Person, supporting children's individual care and development.

  • Champion safeguarding and maintain high standards across your room.

Required Qualifications:

Have the passion and potential to lead? We'd love to meet you!

  • Recognised Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years or Childcare.

  • Experience working in an early years setting.

  • Previous supervisory experience is an advantage, but ambitious Nursery Practitioners ready to progress are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.

  • A passion for inspiring children and supporting your team's development.
