We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join the administrative team of a leading hospital situated directly on the Baltic Sea coast. This key role supports the internal diagnostics department, ensuring smooth operations and serving as a vital link between the medical team and patients. The Role

  • Manage patient admissions, including administrative tasks, blood draws, vital sign recording, and basic diagnostic procedures like ECGs.
  • Independently handle all patient-related administrative duties in a structured manner.
  • Coordinate patient flow within the department proactively and responsibly.
  • Ensure efficient resource utilization, focusing on economical use of materials and equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with inter-professional and interdisciplinary teams across various departments.

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent 3-year vocational qualification.
  • A strong aptitude for independent and responsible work.

  • Willingness to work early and late shifts Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings every two weeks.
