About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to transform enterprise applications as part of a large-scale cloud modernization initiative. You will design intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences while partnering with product teams, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design modern, user-centered experiences for enterprise applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Build scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent visual standards.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver production-ready designs for React and Angular applications.
  • Improve usability, accessibility, and user productivity through research and design improvements.
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance workflows, prototyping, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of UI/UX design experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design practices.
  • Strong experience designing enterprise software and business applications.
  • Experience with wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, design systems, and interactive experiences.
  • Understanding of front-end frameworks including React and/or Angular.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Background in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design, and usability testing.
  • Experience with design systems, component libraries, and design tokens.
