As the first impression of our studio, you'll play a vital role in welcoming prospective members, introducing them to the Club Pilates experience, and helping them find the membership that best fits their goals. You'll also help foster the warm, supportive community that makes Club Pilates Brea such a special place for our members.

Previous fitness studio, boutique fitness, or retail sales experience
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
A passion for health, wellness, and helping others
Confidence closing sales and achieving performance goals
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and note-taking
Ability to learn and utilize the ClubReady software system
Proficiency with computers and common business software
Fluency in English with excellent verbal, phone, and email communication
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift
Generate new memberships through lead follow-up, consultations, and closing sales
Complete a minimum of 100 daily outreach activities (calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups)
Schedule high-quality appointments through proactive prospect engagement
Meet and exceed personal sales goals for memberships, retail, private training, and Teacher Training programs
Represent Club Pilates at community events, health fairs, grand openings, races, hospital events, and local partnerships
