We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to support the provisioning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, servers, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT customer support, Tier III troubleshooting, and service ticket management.
• Install, configure, maintain, and monitor servers, hardware, peripherals, and system resources.
• Perform backups, system monitoring, security checks, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software failures and support desktop/laptop environments.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation and user accounts.
• Support network infrastructure and IT processes as needed.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of IT customer support/service experience.
• 2+ years of service ticket management, desktop application support, documentation, and desktop/laptop hardware support.
• Experience with VMware ESXi 7.x+, Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025), and Linux preferred.
• Server maintenance, network support, and IT process management are highly desirable.
