Job Title: Salesforce Developer – Commerce Cloud / L2 Production Support

Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and L2 production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, resolving incidents, and supporting Salesforce applications.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Experience in L2 production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/B2C Commerce).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and support the CST time zone.
