FinOps Data Analyst

FinOps Data Analyst || Mechanicsville, VA || Hybrid || Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented FinOps Data Analyst to support our IT FinOps team. This role will focus on analyzing Azure cloud and IT financial data, developing Power BI dashboards, forecasting costs, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Advanced Excel
• Experience with Azure Cost Management / Azure billing
• Knowledge of data modeling and data manipulation
• Experience with IT financial analysis, cloud cost analysis, or FinOps
• Experience with Apptio is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Azure migration cost modeling and Reserved Instances is a plus
• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, IT, or related field
