The Role

• Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio by executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Develop and implement data-driven business plans and tactics to maximize sales performance within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, incorporating "total office" account management.
• Demonstrate expertise in the local market and therapeutic area, identifying and prioritizing unique opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues using available resources.
• Adhere to all pharmaceutical and regulatory compliance policies, including company procedures and FDA regulations.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
