DevOps  Engineer (FTE or W2)

Introduction:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools needed to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. You will work closely with software development teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
• Manage and maintain platform infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Collaborate with software development teams to identify and resolve issues related to deployment and performance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are met for all platform components.
• Document processes and procedures for platform maintenance and support.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in DevOps and platform engineering.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in DevOps practices and principles.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing platform infrastructure in a production environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in DevOps or platform engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
