Product Support Engineer

Are you a technical problem solver looking for a new opportunity with a growing technology business? Our client is looking for a Solutions and Product Support Engineer to support IP/IoT, electronic and software-based systems.

Experience with fire alarms, Nurse Call, access control, BMS or similar systems would be advantageous, but attitude, problem-solving ability and willingness to learn are equally important.

Product Support Engineer Permanent | £40,000 DOE | Monday–Thursday 9–5, Friday 9–4 | Wolverhampton Job Description Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.<br />Troubleshoot electronic, IP and software-based systems remotely and on site.<br />Support product development, testing and implementation.<br />Provide customer training and technical guidance.<br />Produce technical documentation and resolve/escalate issues.

Essential Experience/Skills Electrical/electronic or technical systems experience.<br />Understanding of IP/networked systems.<br />Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.<br />Experience with fire alarms, Nurse Call, access control, BMS or similar is desirable.<br />Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
