Mobile Fabric Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings - Sussex - up to £33,858 + Package
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Sussex, has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mobile Fabric Engineer to be based in a commercial environment across the Sussex region. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £33,858, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Basic Carpentry
• Painting and plasterboard.
• Changing locks.
• Door hinges.
• Floor repairs.
• Minor repairs to office furniture
• Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs
• Kick and push plates.
• Install/ Repair blinds
• Basic Plumbing.
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on-site
• Escort subcontractors

Requirements

• Trade qualifications in Carpentry (Desirable)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
