Job Description

Location - Dallas or remote

Exp Yrs - 8 to 10 yrs

We are looking for a strong consultant who can partner closely with the business and help drive the successful implementation and adoption of Coupa. The role should have the following background:

  • Strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge and experience with large-scale implementations.
  • Deep functional experience with Coupa, including process design, best practices, configuration concepts, and adoption.
  • Ability to work directly with Procurement, Finance/AP, business process owners, and IT teams.
  • Experience assessing current processes and guiding the business toward standardized, scalable future-state processes.
  • Strong change management, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, training, and business adoption experience.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to get into process and system details, identify issues, and drive resolution.
  • Experience with global implementations and supporting multiple geographies would be valuable.

This would be a role embedded with the business rather than a purely IT/technical position, so strong business consulting and communication skills are important.
