Sr. Fullstack Engineer / .Net / React Native / M

Our client is a Southern California product engineering company building streaming applications for media organizations. Its platform supports live and on-demand content across web, mobile, and connected TV. They are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET, React + Native Apps) for a remote role.
This is a hands-on position spanning backend services, web applications, and native or cross-platform clients. The ideal candidate has strong C#/.NET and React/TypeScript experience and has shipped an application on at least one mobile or connected TV platform.
Responsibilities

• Build features across .NET backend services, React/TypeScript web applications, and mobile or connected TV clients.
• Develop shared components and architecture that work across multiple platforms.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs, authentication, cloud services, telemetry, device capabilities, and media playback.
• Diagnose platform-specific issues involving app lifecycle, memory, device compatibility, remote navigation, and playback.
• Help determine when to use native SDKs, cross-platform frameworks, or web-based approaches.

Required Experience

• Senior-level C#/.NET experience and strong hands-on React/TypeScript development.
• A native or cross-platform application shipped to production on at least one platform such as Android, iOS, React Native, .NET MAUI/Xamarin, Roku, Tizen, or tvOS.
• Experience connecting client applications to production APIs, authentication systems, cloud services, telemetry, and device features.
• Practical knowledge of platform SDKs, application lifecycle, networking, performance, deployment, compatibility, and device debugging.
• Ability to contribute across backend, web, and client codebases.

Strongly Preferred

• Connected TV development experience with platforms such as Roku, Fire TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, tvOS, or Android TV.
• On-device media playback experience, including HLS/DASH, buffering, DRM, live latency, or captions.
• .NET MAUI or shared C# client architecture experience.
• App store or device manufacturer certification experience.

Nice to Have

• BrightScript or Roku channel development.
• In-app purchases, entitlements, or subscription and ad-supported video workflows.
• Experience building shared SDKs for deployment across multiple device platforms.
