Rate : $65/c2c or $57/w2 (All Inclusive)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Lab Engineer to provide end-user computing and laboratory IT support. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, networks, and scientific instruments while maintaining secure and validated lab environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and onboarding.

· Troubleshoot OS, network, connectivity, and laboratory instrument data flow issues.

· Manage Active Directory, user access, and computer security.

· Support GxP validated systems and maintain technical documentation.

· Implement and maintain data backup solutions for laboratory instruments.

· Perform software testing, validation, and environment checks.

· Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.

· Support global IT infrastructure and collaborate using Agile methodologies.

Must-Have Skills:

· Hardware, OS, and network troubleshooting.

· End User Computing / Desktop Support (Break/Fix - approximately 80% workload).

· Networking fundamentals (IP, Subnetting, OSI, Firewalls).

· Active Directory.

· GxP validated systems and documentation.

· ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.

· Scientific instrument troubleshooting.
