Job Description

As a Product Manager IV for Healthplan Technology Services at Kaiser Permanente, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of advanced health plan technology products. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and healthcare stakeholders to build secure, scalable solutions that support members, providers, and internal operations. Responsibilities include defining product vision, prioritizing backlogs, translating requirements into user stories, and using data to drive decisions. You'll champion user-centric design, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and mentor junior product managers while working in a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product vision and strategy for health plan technology services
