Product Manager IV

As a Product Manager IV for Healthplan Technology Services at Kaiser Permanente, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of advanced health plan technology products. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and healthcare stakeholders to build secure, scalable solutions that support members, providers, and internal operations. Responsibilities include defining product vision, prioritizing backlogs, translating requirements into user stories, and using data to drive decisions. Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and strategy for health plan technology services
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business and user needs
• Translate business requirements into clear epics, features, and user stories
• Partner with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases
• Prioritize product backlogs using data, impact, and stakeholder input
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member and provider experiences
• Communicate product plans, status, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
