The Role

• Engage with customers inside a national retail home improvement store to discuss HVAC upgrades, air quality, and energy efficiency.
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors.
• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly and informative conversations.
• Represent a well-established brand in the home services industry.

What You'll Need

• A willingness to proactively approach and engage retail shoppers.
• A friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours during a shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Availability for weekend retail hours, including some holidays.
