The Role

• Operate and monitor equipment on-site and from the process control system (PLS)
• Start up and shut down the paper machine, and manage paper web breaks
• Perform felt changes and guide assigned personnel
• Clean equipment components and change scrapers
• Adjust and check paper web tension
• Monitor quality parameters using PLS, QLS, and laboratory results

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed vocational training as a Paper Technologist or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience as a Paper Technologist is desirable
• Independence, initiative, flexibility, and resilience
• Ability to work in a 5-shift operation
