Senior Fit-Out Project Manager Location: UK (Security Cleared Projects)<br />Salary: Competitive + Package Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Fit-Out Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value fit-out projects within a Tier 1 main contractor environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering secure, technically challenging projects, where you'll take full ownership of project delivery from tender stage through to completion. The Role As Senior Fit-Out Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Leading multi-disciplinary project teams and supply chain partners.<br />Managing fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover.<br />Supporting tender preparation and bid management activities.<br />Overseeing programme delivery, commercial performance, and risk management.<br />Ensuring compliance with health &amp; safety, CDM, quality, environmental, and security requirements.<br />Managing client, stakeholder, subcontractor, and supplier relationships.<br />Producing project reports and maintaining accurate project documentation.<br />Driving project performance while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.Requirements:<br />5-10+ years' experience delivering multi-million-pound fit-out projects.<br />Strong background working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor.<br />Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on programme, and within budget.<br />Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.<br />Strong commercial awareness and understanding of JCT contracts.<br />NVQ Level 6 Construction Management (or equivalent).<br />Black CSCS Card and SMSTS certification.Desirable:<br />NEC contract experience.<br />Membership of CIOB, RICS, or similar professional body.<br />First Aid, IOSH, NEBOSH, Fire Marshal, or Asbestos Awareness qualifications.<br />Experience working within highly regulated or security-sensitive environments.Security
