Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with Healthcare

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using SQL Server, .NET, Angular, and REST APIs
Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects
Improve application performance through query tuning, indexing strategies, and database optimization
Build responsive frontend components and integrate them with backend services
Design and implement scalable, high-performance .NET application architectures, including microservices and RESTful APIs
Develop and support cloud-based solutions and application modernization initiatives
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Prepare technical estimates and support application enhancement initiatives and proposals
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and deliver business requirements
Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities
Participate in CI/CD deployment processes and application releases
Maintain source control, coding standards, and technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex application issues and deliver high-quality software solutions
