Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Business Systems to lead global business systems strategy, digital transformation, and product roadmap development within a regulated life sciences environment.

In this role, you will own the vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement of commercial business systems, including order management platforms and digital tools that support complex, end-to-end product delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in business systems, digital product management, or commercial operations.
  • Proven experience owning an order management system or comparable digital platform.
  • Strong product strategy, roadmap development, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and business processes.
  • Pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences experience preferred.

Preferred: Experience with regulated supply chains, GDP/GTP, Salesforce Health Cloud, or Oracle. Direct Salesforce experience is not required.
