We are seeking a skilled Mobile Mechanic to join a leading automotive recovery and assistance organization, renowned for its commitment to innovation and customer service for over 125 years. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their convenience, redefining roadside repair.

The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services to customers at their locations.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock and complete necessary reporting.
• Engage with customers, offering advice and representing the organization with pride.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment with daily variations in tasks and challenges.
• Operate with independence and autonomy, making informed decisions for each customer.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve effectively.
