Job Description:

Syneren is seeking a talented Level-1 Windows Systems Engineer with Azure experience to join our team. As a Level-1 Windows Systems Engineer with Azure experience, you will work closely with our clients to design, deploy, and maintain Windows-based server and cloud infrastructure solutions. The position will be based in Alexandria, VA

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing Windows-based server and cloud infrastructure solutions for clients
• Ensuring the security, availability, and performance of client infrastructure
• Assist in troubleshooting complex client issues related to server and cloud infrastructure
• Participate in project planning and execution activities for technical projects
• Analyze environment performance and conduct problem resolution activities
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to design and implement technical solutions
• Document technical processes, procedures, and infrastructure configurations
• Support the daily administration and maintenance of client server and cloud infrastructure

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Cloud Expert, or VMWare Certified Professional are highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy management
• Experience with Azure infrastructure and services
• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
• Familiarity with common network protocols and services such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and SMTP
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills related to Windows-based server and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with PowerShell scripting language is a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic

CompTIA Sec + and AZ-900
